Background
Silverline Safety Systems is a manufacturer, distributor and installer of high end fall protection products. We were established in 1992, six years before the Worker’s Compensation Board of British Columbia officially adopted CSA's Safety Code for Window Cleaning Operation. Our early adaptation to the CSA standards came about organically, as a direct result of work related exposure to heights in the field. The fact that fall related incidents were the single most prevalent source of compensation claims at that time, was added incentive for us to want to take a more pro-active approach to fall safety. Since those early days we have faced many of our industry's challenges and learned some important lessons along the way. We've been fortunate to garner over 25 years of direct engineering experience in our field. And this, in conjunction with the wide range of quality fall protection products that we either produce or carry, positions us to address virtually any structural challenge.
At Silverline, our long term approach has been instrumental to our bridled growth and success; embracing everything from safety, service, product quality, and, yes, even the environment. We reduce our carbon footprint wherever we can. Our office, shop, and warehouse are all heated geothermally. Fuel efficient vehicles, help us keep our energy costs down. Paper waste from our office and metal wastes from our fabrication process are actively recycled. We also use natural biodegradable products where we can, including soy based insulation in our post anchors. As such, we are able to keep ourselves lean, mean and green. Apart from the obvious benefit of feeling good about our environmental impact, we enjoy the added perk of keeping our overhead costs down; costs which, in turn, translate into better value for our customers. Our pricing is competitive, but we will never "price-compromise" the quality and long term reliability of our footprint.
Our products and installations meet all federal, state, and provincial requirements; complete with engineer stamped drawings, maintenance manuals, inspection logbooks, and $5,000,000.00 product liability insurance,
We welcome the opportunity to address your fall safety concerns.
